Let’s Start Making our ABC Blocks!

Step 1: Check the block measurement: Using the Vernier Calipers or any measuring tool, check your wood block to make sure that we are getting equal measurements on each side.

Now for Step 2: Open CorelDraw: Or use any vector-based software like Illustrator or Inkscape.

Then on to Step 3: Create a file using CorelDraw: On this part we have listed the step by step process. Therefore it is in a chronological order on how we made the file design for the ABC block

Step 4: Laser Ready: Since we are done creating the file, place your wood block inside the laser machine. After that we are now ready to Etch.

Next up Step 5: Finished Product: Therefore you have now created an ABC wood block that you can play with your kids while they learn. However, as you can also make some for personal use, like a cute little display to your room, or even a personalized souvenir gift to someone just by engraving the first letter of their name on it. Above all just have fun making things.
