Tim is the visionary and the driving force behind Create-A-Lase. He started the business with a curiosity and a passion for lasers and how they could be used. He has since expanded his skills and services to include sublimation, printing, and phone repair. He can make anything, fix just about everything, and help every customer. He loves to blow minds with what he can do and what is possible. He is modestly proud of his awesome work and aims to bring you the same.
The Team Matriarch Admin, Receptionist & Lead CSR
Honey, Tim's wife, plays a pivotal role in our business, managing administrative tasks, customer service, and reception duties. With a nursing background and prior experience at Amazon and Paypal in customer service roles, she brings professionalism and warmth to our interactions. Honey is dedicated to ensuring every interaction with Create-A-Lase and Phone Repairman is enjoyable and fulfilling for our customers.
Team All-Rounder & Support Gen. VA/Admin, CSR, HR, SMM
Kris, a valued member of our remote team hailing from the Philippines, lends her expertise across multiple facets of our business. With a robust background in the BPO industry since 2006, she's successfully managed diverse teams for telco and retail campaigns worldwide. Kris takes charge of general admin, operations, human resources, and social media management. Her ethos? "Wake up, Get Better, Repeat."

Joe, our remote graphic designer based in the Philippines, boasts 14 years of experience crafting top-notch and inventive design solutions across diverse projects. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCAD, and Adobe Premiere Pro, Joe is a valuable team player with a sharp eye for detail and design.
